Do you ship internationally? We
ship to most countries in the world. Global shipping averages $14.98. Canadian
shipping is $6.98. For European, Australian and NZ customers: Most of our videos are
not available in PAL format.
How long have you been in business? We
have been in business since 1995, selling online since 1998.

Is there any way to track my package?
Yes. We use Delivery Confirmation for most packages. This allows us to
see where your package is currently at in the Postal System. If it has been longer
than seven days since your order, and you want to track you package, you may call or email
us. Please give us your name, order id, and date of order when contacting us.
We can usually get real-time information on your package right then and there.
Do you have a return policy, and what is
it? Yes. Please see Guarantee/Return Policy (above) on this
page for more details.
How do I know if the video I am ordering
is in stock? Usually, 95% of our videos are in stock at any given
time.(better than most other retailers) On rare occasions, your video may be out of
stock. We will contact you if this occurs and give you several options for your
order. Most of the time, our backorders are usually received within a week.
Do you give my personal information out
to other companies? No. All information we collect stays with our
company only. We respect your personal data. Be assured that none of your
information is sold to other companies.
How do I know my personal data is safe
from hackers? All shopping cart orders are submitted over secure
servers. (Your browser bar will have "https://" indicating a secure
connection.) This prevents hackers from viewing any of your personal data. In
addition, our database is password protected, our shopping cart is Verisign® approved,
and our computer hardware uses the latest security technology.
Will I ever be charged more than what is
stated on my checkout form? Unless you live in a few select
international countries, or are ordering different international video formats or certain
box sets, your card will only be charged for the Grand Total amount shown on your checkout
form.
Are there price breaks for large orders?
We usually do not offer discounts for large orders. However, if you are a
qualified school, or you want to order more than 15 pieces of the same title, you can call
us for a possible price discount.
Are these videos appropriate for all
ages? Almost all of the videos are not rated...but most, if they were
rated would be rated G or PG for all ages. Also, we do not sell Adult (X-rated)
videos at all. |
