To order any video, follow the steps below:

3. When you are done, click the checkout link

4. Press "Checkout" button and select the shipping option you want. You will then be asked to enter in your shipping and credit card information. Click "Order" to submit.

The shipping covers the shipping, packaging, and any other related costs in fulfilling your order in top quality. Standard Mail shipping is just $4.98 an item. Free shipping for each additional item ordered. You are encouraged to order more than 1 item.(Better value)

We usually ship your item within 48 hours using the Postal Service.

• Standard Mail($4.98)(main shipping method): Expect your package to arrive within about 9 days of the date you placed your order.
• Priority Mail($6.98): Expect your package to arrive within about 6 days of the date you placed your order.
• Express Mail($18.98): Expect your package to arrive within about 3 days of the date you placed your order.
• Canadian Shipping($6.98): Expect your package to arrive within about 10 days of the date you placed your order.
• International Mail($14.98): For non-USA & non-Canadian customers. Delivery times vary between one week and 20 days(due to customs). We will attempt to notify you if we are unable to ship to your country. Please make sure your vcr plays NTSC format vhs videos.

Backorders

Occasionally, a title may be out of stock, even when you order. If the item is expected to come in within two weeks, we will hold on to your order and send it out a faster route when it comes in. If an item is expected to take longer than two weeks to arrive, we will try to contact you and ask if you want us to keep your order or cancel it. Be assured that your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be sent.

Billing

Your check/credit card statement may show us as "Pine Creek Enterprises" or "Novel Entertainment". As of this time, we do not offer open credit accounts. All orders must be prepaid using a credit card, check, or money order.

Attention school teachers and librarians: We welcome your business...our quality videos have been a great tool in the classroom. Your first order with us must be prepaid. Contact us after your first order to get set up with 30 day credit terms for future orders.

Guarantee/Return Policy

We accept returns for the following items:

• misship orders(you received a different video than what you ordered)
• deffective videos
• unopened videos

Due to anti-piracy laws, we do not accept returns of opened videos. If your order contained a misship or deffective item, contact us using the link below, and we will send a replacement video and a return envelope.

If you have decided not to watch your video, and have not opened your video, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund your credit card less shipping & handling. If you have a deffective or misship video, we will replace it and have the original shipped back to us. We do not refund deffective videos, only replace them.

To make a return, you MUST contact us using the following link. We will then give you instructions and authorization to make a return. Videos sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded or replaced. Refund inquiries

For international (Non-USA) customers: We do not offer PAL video format unless otherwise noted. Most European, Latin American, and Asian VCRs only play PAL format. If you placed an order with us, we will assume that your VCR/DVD player can play regular American NTSC format. Lastly, international shipping is $14.98. If you forget to select Global Shipping on your order, we will add it in when we process the order.

1. Do you ship internationally? We ship to most countries in the world. Global shipping averages $14.98. Canadian shipping is $6.98. For European, Australian and NZ customers: Most of our videos are not available in PAL format.
2. How long have you been in business? We have been in business since 1995, selling online since 1998.
3. Are there other ways I can pay? Yes. Please check out our "Ordering Options" section on this page.(above)
4. Is there any way to track my package? Yes. We use Delivery Confirmation for most packages. This allows us to see where your package is currently at in the Postal System. If it has been longer than seven days since your order, and you want to track you package, you may call or email us. Please give us your name, order id, and date of order when contacting us. We can usually get real-time information on your package right then and there.
5. Do you have a return policy, and what is it? Yes. Please see Guarantee/Return Policy (above) on this page for more details.
6. How do I know if the video I am ordering is in stock? Usually, 95% of our videos are in stock at any given time (better than most other retailers). On rare occasions, your video may be out of stock. We will contact you if this occurs and give you several options for your order. Most of the time, our backorders are usually received within a week.
7. Do you give my personal information out to other companies? No. All information we collect stays with our company only. We respect your personal data. Be assured that none of your information is sold to other companies.
8. How do I know my personal data is safe from hackers? All shopping cart orders are submitted over secure servers. (Your browser bar will have "https://" indicating a secure connection.) This prevents hackers from viewing any of your personal data. 10. Are there price breaks for large orders? We usually do not offer discounts for large orders. However, if you are a qualified school, or you want to order more than 15 pieces of the same title, you can call us for a possible price discount.
11. Are these videos appropriate for all ages? Almost all of the videos are not rated...but most, if they were rated would be rated G or PG for all ages. Also, we do not sell Adult (X-rated) videos at all.
